Metasploit Framework 3.7.2 and PostgreSQL database problem

hi
so i try install MSF 3.7.2, but first i install PostgreSQL, but i no idea why i get some error message

Error: There has been an error.
Error running su postgres -c '"/opt/framework-3.7.2/postgresql/bin/psql"  -c 
"ALTER USER postgres PASSWORD '\''8bf34380'\''" ' : psql.bin: FATAL:  the 
database system is starting up

i now is something wrong with configure, but how i can configure postgres for MSF ??
