I've installed moc from the ufficial repos with the optional dependencies. But I got these warning messages, moc works with no problem for now.
Can't load plugin libmusepack_decoder: file not found
Running the server...
Trying JACK...
Trying ALSA...
mocp: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: undefined symbol: _ZNSt14error_categoryD2Ev, version GLIBCXX_3.4.15
Obviusly libmpcdec is installed and i don't understand why mocp can't load the libmusepack_decoder plugin...
Anyone has a clue ? Or the same error ? I'm running the i686 version of Arch.

You may wish to choose another console player because if you look at Moc's webpage, the last release was 3 years ago. I like(d) moc but I may change too now that I see it's an dead project.

But the last package on Arch is: moc-20110528-3-i686. I don't think the project is dead (05-28-2011 is pretty up to date ). Anyway with this version of the package the warnings are gone on my netbook that uses the same architecture of my destop (i686). Tomorrow i'll check on my desktop, but i guess the problem is solved.

According to http://moc.daper.net/:
MOC 2.5.0-alpha4 released

I think one thing is a distro package and another thing is the official release. But maybe I'm missing something like a forked project or whatever

I thought that moc-20110528-3-i686 the red part was the version and the blue part was the distro release. Anyway on my netbook that uses Arch i686 i don't have any error messages, instead on my desktop i got the messages above, so it must be related to the Arch installation of my desktop.
