I'm just upgrading my kde.
Now, on each startup session, I have lots of messages like that in the kernel.log :
Jul 8 21:34:39 localhost kernel: [ 2464.809535] akonadi_agent_l[15714]: segfault at 0 ip b6c46a5b sp bfd4e6d0 error 4 in libQtCore.so.4.7.3[b6aca000+28b000]Offline
Yep, same issue here. No clue yet...
EDIT: similar to this issue from january (if not the same): http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.kd … bugs/44381

And same issue here...

Workaround for the delayed logout:
akonadictl stopand then logout... unfortunately this workaround does not work in a shutdown script.
But, for those of you that do not use akonadi at all (like me), just set StartServer=false in .config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc. This should "fix" a lot of things ![]()

Just a small note: disabling it that way will make kde pim not to work.

Yep, thanks for the note. This tip is just for those that do not use akonadi and some packages from the kdepim group, like korganizer, kmail... Not all packages of kdepim are affected (today).
