Can't install Calibre

Hi, I'm trying to install Calibre but get the following message:
[martin@myhost ~]$ sudo pacman -S calibre

Please run 'pacman -Syu' before installing new packages. If after updating your system you still get the errors, you need to grab a fresh mirrorlist http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/ and run 'pacman -Syyu'.
