Is there some package on archlinux like the build-essential on Ubuntu?
I want to setup php or mysql, bu there are many configure error,
I want to know ,is there some package on archlinux like the build-essential on Ubuntu?

General advice: don't just say "there are errors" - post the errors exactly as they appear on your screen. Nobody can help you without specific details.

its called base-devel but you don't have to compile php and mysql. We have a lot of packages in repository, php and mysql being in there along with other 4667 packages.
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

The wiki page is pretty good for a basic setup - virtualhosts etc can easily be tagged on later
