Hey guys,
one of the recent testing updates probably broke a few gnome-related python 2.7 bindings and, as a result, revelation fails to start with the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/revelation", line 25, in <module>
import gettext, gnome, gobject, gtk, gtk.gdk, os, pwd, sys
File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gnome/__init__.py", line 13, in <module>
from _gnome import *
ImportError: /usr/lib/libgnomevfs-2.so.0: undefined symbol: gcry_control
Did you experience the same issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I was having the same problem with soundconverter.
The problem is related to the gnome-vfs package, it needed to be patched and recompiled against libgcrypt 1.5.0.
I've made a package that solves the problem (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=50918)
I'll send a message to the maintainer of the official package.
I hope it helps.

@patrickmelo: brilliant! it solves both revelation and soundconverter issues. Thank you very much for your time and help.

I'm glad it worked.
But watchout for a new version of the official package.
As soon as I can reach the official maintainer I hope he uses the patch to solve everyone else's problem.

Be sure I will. In the meantime, I'm glad to have my passwords back.
