No System.map file with [testing]'s linux anymore?

There used to be this "System.map26" file with the old 'kernel26' package from [core] but no longer with the new 'linux' package.

What bad did the symbols do to you?

E: You can follow the bug report here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/index.php?do … k_id=25247

This kind of thing belongs on the bug tracker, not the bbs.

Re: No System.map file with [testing]'s linux anymore?

Why is it a bug :S? I don't think the [linux] maintainer _accidentally_ removed this line or anything:

cp System.map ${pkgdir}/boot/System.map26${_kernelname}

If a dev say to open a bug report, let 'em have it :-)

Accidents and omissions do happen.
