thunar-shares-plugin
I was trying to install from AUR following this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Th … nar_Shares
tarball from aur requires thunar-vfs but it does not exists.... someone install?

I' ve compiled with --prefix=/usr but the thunar-shares still says missing a dependency (thunar-vfs)
makepkg -si not solved because the package not exists in pacman
what I have to do?
why thunar-vfs not exists in pacman?
why this (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=30471) is out of date?

This at least explains why cifs shares keep crashing Thunar on my box. Useful thread :-D

why this (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=30471) is out of date?
You have to write a PKGBUILD for the package and compile it with makepkg and install via pacman.

I use the AUR package, but it's old... very old. I updated thunar though. I didn't try updating the relevant packages yet.
