Is it possible to close application with left clicking on them in openbox client menu.
If not, are there a nice alternatives to client-list-menu, I want something like skippy(expose) that support hotkeys

I'm a bit confused here. You want to close applications by right clicking on them in the default openbox menu, like you can in certain X11 windows switchers?
If that's the case you would have to code it yourself as it would have 101 problems, not least being the it would close all instances of said program.

You can obtain that with tint2. I never tried but maybe you can create a shortcut to start tint2 showing all apps. Then you could close the app of your choice by right clicking on it. Another shortcut could kill tint2.
Besides, this way you wouldn't have to code anything. You would just need to configure openbox and tint2 properly.
