No, this isn't 007 failing to save the world, it's just me struggling to get wireless working. Nm-applet says:
Gkr-Message: secret service operation failed: The name org.freedesktop.secrets was not provided by any .service files
** (nm-applet:1235): WARNING **: handle_property_changed: failed to update property 'active-access-point' of object type NMDeviceWifi.
** (nm-applet:1235): WARNING **: handle_property_changed: failed to update property 'ip6-config' of object type NMDeviceWifi.
** (nm-applet:1235): WARNING **: handle_property_changed: failed to update property 'ip4-config' of object type NMDeviceWifi.
That is when I click on (the only one) available wireless network. 32-bit archlinux + xfce. Card:
09:00.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88E8040 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller.
I'd appreciate some hints on what to do.

Do yo have gnome-keyring installed? Because that package provides the secrets to nm-applet.

I thought I had. But it was libgnome-keyring that was a dependency of networkmanager. Now, if gnome-keyring is needed, why is it not a dependency. And if it' s not installed, why does it throw an error like Gkr-error? And why... Anyway, solved. Thanks a lot!

** (nm-applet:2622): WARNING **: handle_property_changed: failed to update property 'ip6-config' of object type NMDeviceEthernet.

I have the same problem too. gnome-keyring is installed and gnome-keyring-daemon is running but NM can't connect.

You can open a new thread and post the complete output.
