Gnome 3 Window Tiling

Hi all, I was wondering if it was possible to adjust the settings that control the size of the window when u drag it to either the left or the right hand side of the workspace?

I've tried searching for information on doing it here on the forums and on google and not had much luck so i apologise if its already been asked before.
