jEdit Won't Launch :(

See this:

[kirk@arch ~]$ pacman -Ss jdk
extra/openjdk6 6.b22_1.10.3-1 [installed]
Free Java environment based on OpenJDK 6.0 with IcedTea6 replacing binary
    plugs.
extra/openjdk6-src 6.b22_1.10.3-1
Free Java environment based on OpenJDK 6.0 Source Bundle
community/jdk 7-2
    Oracle's Java Development Kit
[kirk@arch ~]$ pacman -Ss jre
community/jre 7-2
    Oracle's Java Runtime Environment
[kirk@arch ~]$ which jedit
/usr/bin/jedit
[kirk@arch ~]$ jedit
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=gasp

Until yesterday it worked, and now it just dies as you see above. I'm guessing a jdk upgrade broke it...

Any suggestions how I can debug or fix it?

Re: jEdit Won't Launch :(

Turns out it was "jre and openjdk6 are in conflict" and removing openjdk6 and all dependencies and then re installing worked, as per https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=710938
