Video refresh problems (2D windowed frozen image) Intel X3100 GM965

Hi, I have a Vaio VGN-NR10M with Intel X3100 and I'm having some issues with non refreshing 2D video on windowed mode. It's not happening always but I cannot determine since which moment is happening. I though it was related with KDE4 so I switched to Openbox and still happens (I still use some KDE applications sometimes like dolphin).
I first notice with a physics game (numptyphysics I think), the video was getting frozen. I was able to make the window refresh again moving the cursor to the application bar (in that moment was in KDE4, now on Openbox with tint2) or when I was moving the game window.
After this game I saw the behavior on flash (fullscreen works ok), and in simutrans, openttd and today xterm. On this last i was typing and suddenly I was not able to see new characters till I moved the cursor to tint2.

Any ideas?

As update (maybe related) I just saw a problem with sauerbratten and 0AD, I don't know exactly the name for it, but one image was fast appearing and dissapearing overlayed to the games image.

I have new information, the problem seems to not appear now after disabling DPMS, but after suspending to ram appears again, do you know a solution?
