tmux not reading my .bashrc file

My .bashrc file looks like http://sprunge.us/fPGZ

And I have made a custom .tmux.conf too. http://sprunge.us/MNSC

None of my aliases work, which basically suggests that while spawning the shell, tmux is not even reading my bashrc file. Any ideas?

A. Too bad I cannot delete the post.

$echo case $- in *i*) . ~/.bashrc;; esac >> .bash_profile

did the job.
