I am beginning to develop Android applications, so I am installing jdk6 from the AUR via Yaourt. I am getting this error:
/usr/share/applications/java-policy-settings.desktop exists in both 'jre' and 'jdk6'
It's probably something simple, but I can't figure it out..
Thank you in advance.

Isn't one the runtime environment and the other the development kit? When I try to install jdk6 it is pulling the jre in as a dependency...

I installed it manually from the AUR and everything works fine. I'll have to let the maintainer know that he has some weird dependency issues.

Moving to AUR & PKGBUILDS...
