Kernel 3.0 and synaptic touchpad and kernel wakeups.

Hi. I Have HP ProBokk 4530s and after today's kernel upgarade to 3.0-ARCH And i find that cpu wakeups greatly increased.
3.0:

My old 2.6.37.6:

So, I decided to go back. BUT when i load my 2.6.37.6 kernel i discover, that my TwoFingerScroll doesn't work. I have try to do everything, but nothing helped me. And when i boot to 3.0, just for fun, i find that TwoFingerScroll worked perfectly, and in 2.6.37.6 it doesn't work. also, the cursor lug.

Help me! I don't want to spent my battery for kernel wakeups, i want to use old 2.6.37.6

So, I have patching sources of xf86-input-synaptics and getting:
vert two-finger scroll off
But     
VertTwoFingerScroll     = 1

WTF???? o_o
