intel kms performance

I use kernel 2.6.38.8-1 (default from core), amd64.
Laptop: Samsung x420-fa02ru.

If I use 2.6.38.8-1 everything works fine, but if I update to 2.6.39 or 3.0.1-1 I get strange behavior. When I type symbols from keyboard or move mouse cursor laptop freezes for a while (seems ~0.5 second), then it continues to work. If I run glxgears I get ~59 fps, but on freeze I get ~52 fps. When I use console (Ctrl+Alt+F1) and press some key for a long time, first symbol is printed but one moment everything freezes and then it continues.

When I turn of KMS (i915.modeset=0 kernel arg) I don't find this bug (but X does not work without KMS).

Could you give me a piece of advice how to solve this problem or find the source of this behavior?
