OZ776 Smart Card Reader Not Reading DoD CAC Card

I have an OZ776 smart card reader embedded in a laptop which is unable to read a DoD CAC card, but reads other non-DoD CAC smart cards. I am using the ccid driver (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … 6_64/ccid/) with pcsclite (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … /pcsclite/) and coolkey (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=27416). Specifically, I am using pcsc_scan (part of pcsc-tools (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … sc-tools/)), which states that the current state is "Card Removed" (as if no smart card was inserted).

Any ideas?
