Package changelogs

Is there a way to view package changelogs prior to downloading or updating packages?

For example, I noticed that dovecot 2.0.13-3 was listed on the Arch website the other day. I'd be interested in viewing the changes from -1 and -2.

I suppose what I'm looking for is something similar to what Fedora does with its build system. ie. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buil … dID=243649

Is this possible with Arch? Thanks.
