New fstab after device-mapper upgrade

Hi, I've upgraded my system today and the device-mapper upgrade has created a fstab.pacnew file containing only this line:

tmpfs               /tmp     tmpfs   nodev,nosuid      0           0

I wonder what to do about it? Do I append it to my current fstab or it replace some part of it?

Thanks

Re: New fstab after device-mapper upgrade

You add the things you want / need to the .pacnew file and use it as your new fstab or remove the entries for devpts and shm from your old fstab and add the entry for tmpfs.

Re: New fstab after device-mapper upgrade

BTW, fstab comes with the filesystem package, not device-mapper.

Please mark as solved.
