Unable to Start X [Nvidia] - Kernel related?

I'm setting up my fileserver to act as a media center too so I'm configuring it to run XBMC. I swapped out the motherboard a couple months ago from an old htpc that was working just fine with Ubuntu so I had assumed setup would be relatively straightforward.

Unfortunately I'm not able to get X to start up, I installed xorg-server and related packages and am using the Nvidia proprietary driver, I am using the custom LQX kernel and have the nvidia module loaded too. I have xbmc added to ~/.xinitrc so it should come up as I start X but all I get is a blank screen (I can't switch to a tty screen and must reboot_, here's the relevant logs that I can pull up:

Since you are using the lqx kernel, you need the additional nvidia module (nvidia-lqx) for that kernel as well. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=39883
You need an aur wrapper to install it, such as yaourt.
Then you just need to run

yaourt -S nvidia-lqx

That's already been done (if you look at the Xorg log you'll see it being loaded). Even with the stock kernel I have this error so I don't know what's causing this to happen

Try downgrading to an older version on xorg.
