Nvidia driver doesn't load on startup - G210

My nvidia driver on my desktop doesn't load on startup, there is no nvidia logo at boot, like there is on my laptop (which also uses nvidia driver). I know this also by the way my screen flicker when I try to open nvidia-settings once I am in KDE.

To try to fix it.. I have tried to uninstall nvidia and nvidia-utils (280.13-1), and then install them again after reboot. It didn't work.
At one point, when I was messing with it last night, it complained to me with "Module nvidia does not exist in /proc/modules".
I am also not sure why I can't run nvidia-settings as root...

sudo nvidia-settings
No protocol specified

ERROR: The control display is undefined; please run `nvidia-settings --help` for usage
       information.

I have read through xorg and nvidia wiki pages, but could not find anything that could help me with this problem.

Can anyone help me?

Can you post the contents of /var/log/Xorg.0.log?

Yes, I rebooted after I installed nvidia. And I tried it several times.

Today, for some reason the Nvidia logo did show up, I am not sure what I did yesterday that made it show up now.

But when I am trying to run something like Cods.. I am getting this error:

And when I am trying to run one game in Wine, I am getting this error about DirectX9:

I had lib32-libgl before....
