You can tell the date according to LABEL="ARCH_201108"
Meaning it's made in August (08) of 2011. Sorry if you wanted a more specific date, no idea how to get that.

If you burn the iso properly, you should be using checksums.

im pretty sure i used the one from 8.19, the new release iso. i reopened that bug report, so we will see what comes of it
