[SOLVED] HDAPS won't work since Kernel update (Linux 3.0)

This and a few more issues have appear since I've updated to Linux 3.0

[   17.486481] hdaps: supported laptop not found!
[   17.488661] hdaps: driver init failed (ret=-19)!

My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad T410i
