Do we need "shm" and "devpts" in /etc/fstab?

After recent update of Arch I got new fstab which didn't have

devpts /dev/pts devpts defaults 0 0
shm /dev/shm tmpfs nodev,nosuid 0 0

but had this new "tmpfs". Does it mean Arch doesn't need devpts and shm in /etc/fstab anymore?

They are created in /etc/rc.sysinit now and so aren't required in /etc/fstab.

Correct. They're mounted by /etc/rc.sysinit.

Edit: Oops, too slow.
