Openbox: how do I get the root-menu positioned

I'd like the root-menu to show up in the center of the screen when I activate it with a keystroke instead of at the cursor position.

Is this possible?

I've tried to put

<resize>
<popupposition>Center</popupposition>
</resize>

in a few places with no joy.
