Error (possibly iwlagn-related) causes machine to hang on shutdown

I was trying to shut down my ThinkPad T410 running Arch x64 when this message popped up. Anyone know why this happened? It only occurred once and shutting the machine down by holding down the power button didn't seem to cause any lasting damage, but I'd like to know what went wrong.
