Cannot see hard drive

I somehow succeeded in instaling Arch on an old HP Kayak XU workstation system (just one CPU currently unfortunatelly). You know, installing this old HW is always terrible work, but you are happy when you make it finally :-D

Anyway my problem is I can't see the second hard drive. The thing is, the SCSi controller installs is as a hot-plug drive, but definitelly sees it. Arch or any other system I tried (e.g. Debian) does not see it. Where may the problem?
