Since yesterdays upgrade to extra/kdelibs 4.7.1-2 the KDE daemon uses a 100% of one of my CPU cores. It seems to be due to the kdelib being built against ntrack 1:13 whereas the version installed on my system is 1:14. I don't know where the version 1:14 came from, because ntrack in [extra] is actually 1:13. Anyhow, downgrading to 1:13 solved the issue.

Never mind, the minute after posting this, I found a message from [arch-dev-public] about ntrack 1:14 being removed from [testing] for this exact reason.

I guess you're using [testing] or you have enabled some other repo that has it.
Edit (after seeing your edit): You still might want to check how did you get the 1.14 version.

You were right. The 1:14 came from [testing].
