Does it happen with every page? E.g. this forum uses https too.

i'm not on Arch now. yes, on every page. gmail, facebook etc.
but now i think it's not related with Arch. There is same error on Windows.

Ok karol. System was fully update. As i said there is same problem on Windows. Maybe network causes it. i don't know.
if i fix, i'll add here why.

Firefox and Chromium just permanently revoked all certificates issued by GigiNotar out of the Netherlands.

İ fixed the problem. The bios date was reset after i removed the BIOS battery. I forgot to set the date.
https certificates confused about date. That was the problem.
