I keep my documents in a truecrypt container which I mount on-demand via the truecrypt GUI. Since switching over to xfce4, I no longer see the container appear when mounted. Truecrypt will automatically create a mountpoint in /media for the partition (/media/truecrypt1) which nautilus/gnome picked-up automatically. I can use udev to hide partitions from thunar, but this is the reverse. Perhaps udev isn't the answer. Any suggestions?
