I have a desktop computer and a chromebook and I've been able to use the external monitor of my desktop for my chromebook, but I'd like to know if I can use the chromebook monitor as a second monitor for my desktop? I can't seem to get my desktop to use the chromebook monitor, so I thought perhaps an ingenious archer may have figured out how to get it to work. If it's not possible using the chromeos, would it theoretically work if I had a different operating system on it?

This is probably not possible since laptops generally do not have any ports for external video input. If you really wanted to use the chromebook's monitor, you would likely have to tear it out of its body.
