Creating good-looking, transparent icons for Windows XP with OSS
I'm looking to make a nice icon for Windows XP. Anything I make with the GIMP turns out chunky without any transparency, even though the graphic actually has it. Are there some specs I should be conforming to? Maybe a GIMP plugin?
