Loud audio with Adobe Flash videos

I am using Arch 64 and Flash Beta 64.  For some reason the volume control has little effect with Flash videos.  For example, I can have my master volume at one notch and the Flash volume is still extremely loud.  If I have I have my master volume at one notch and my Flash volume (the one built-in to the video) at one notch, the volume is still noticeably audible.  Any ideas about how I could fix this problem?
