Highlight Unopened Files / Directories in KDE?

I would like there to be some indication which files/folders I didn't open yet (for watching shows for ex.), so I know where I left off. Is this available in KDE?

If you use nepomuk, you can tag episodes as watched or even use the rating stars to mark them.
