Change file permissions in nautilus

How you do it ?
The gksu nautilus says something about the creation of a file

Right click -> Properties -> Permissions.
What does gksu have to do with this?

With rigt click , properties permissions you cant do nothing because the menus are inactive , you cant change anything
When you give gksu nautilus it sayw that he cant create the file /root/.config/nautilus
