ATI frequency auto change

I have a ThinkPad Edge 14" laptop with Radeon HD 4500 video card. I prefere toggle card profile to "low". But it's work only until the moment when i connect the power cord. After that, profile automaticly changed to "high". How can i disable that?

Copycat, there are not many around here who are able to read cyrillic.
While it is not critical could you nevertheless change "Название" and "Версия" to their English equivalents.

Oh, sorry! I thought it will be clear what this means. Fixed

Also, I resolve a issue for a 50%. It's a problem with upowerd. When i kill it, changeover profiles stops. Now i trying to configure it and turn switching profiles off.
