"In ya face" to everyone claiming that compiz is dead
Who ever claimed that? There has been so much activity on their sit forever. They make a blogpost like every other week and keep everyone informed on their progress. It never even looked dead.

That question was actually serious, since 0.9 is an unstable release

Pretty good news. This doesn't run stable for me yet though, but hey movement is always good.

I was always told to avoid static class variables. I guess this is a good example why.
