[SOLVED] No network after suspend with Realtek NIC

As you may know, some new realtek cards have issues if you dual boot with Windows. See the wiki for the issue and some possible solutions.
In my case, I sometimes lose the carrier even after resuming from a suspend. I've found that I can restore connectivity by reloading the kernel module.
Execute as root:

 modprobe -r r8196 && modprobe r8196 && /etc/rc.d/network restart
