Quassel irc core

Quassel is an irc client that has a separate core and client. This way I can run the core on my server and the client on my desktop.

It seems the package in Community installs both the core and the client, which means it also installs a huge list of dependencies for the client. Would be nice if those were split into 2 separate packages.

EDIT: it would also be nice if both were compiled with the "-DWITH_OPENSSL=ON" cmake option, which currently isn't the case.
