Okay.
1. Do you have Arch linux working at the moment?
2. Are you trying to format your disk?
3. What commands are you using?
4. Can you post the output of
sudo fdisk -l
Also, what is your native language? Could you try using http://translate.google.com/

There's a disk partitioner thingy with the installer (cfdisk) that came with the CD. You can find it in the menu. After partitioning, you should set the mountpoints. Again, it's in the CD.
Sex is not the answer.
Sex is the question, and Yes is the answer.

cfdisk is not working well, instead use fdisk to partition your disk. I hope you need 9 partitions in your disk. you need 3 primary and the 4th extended partitions. In the extended partition create the remaining partition as logical one. This is the basic. If you are not comfortable use a live CD (ubuntu) and launch the gparted to do the work. If you need further details google/wiki is your friend.

The language barrier can cause some problems, because we can misunderstand your problem and give you wrong directions...
Try to post at https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewforum.php?id=30 .From the site linked at your signature I think that you speak Chinese, we get some Chinese speakers at the 'Other Languages' forum, they can help you, or at least translate it.

You don't need to do anything to /dev/sda.

The op has started a new thread in the Other Languages sub forum to be better able to express his problems in his native language.

Closing this thread....
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !
