[SOLVED] KNetworkManager Problems

Hello everyone. I use a static IP, and it has been working but I decided to try out knetworkmanager. I set up my static IP in knetworkmanager, and it does work whenever I connect to it. I chose the option to have it connect to the static IP connection automatically, but unfortunately it doesn't. It connects to "Auto eth0" instead, every time. When I go to edit my connections, "Auto eth0" isn't there for me to remove.

Is there any way to get rid of "auto eth0"? I am pretty sure if I remove that it should connect to my static IP connection automatically. If I don't choose to have it connect to the static IP, it will just get a DHCP address, which I don't want.

Did follow the instructions here: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NetworkManager?

You need to disable the default network daemon from Archlinux.

Yes I did, but nothing worked and I never figured this out. I just uninstalled knetworkmanager and networkmanager, it wasn't worth the hassle.
