reposting of PKGBUILDS

We often see people posting PKGBUILDS for stuff that is already on the boards without any changes except maybe a version number.

Can we decide to do something about this?  The decent thing is to delete the thread yourself but once someone replies you can't.

Any chance of a policy to prevent excessive forum cruft?!

If we drink from the AUR, do we live forever?

Re: reposting of PKGBUILDS

I have my doubts about how effective the AUR will prove without concurrent policy enforcement on the forums
