reposting of PKGBUILDS

We often see people posting PKGBUILDS for stuff that is already on the boards without any changes except maybe a version number.

Can we decide to do something about this?  The decent thing is to delete the thread yourself but once someone replies you can't.

Any chance of a policy to prevent excessive forum cruft?!
