Wireless networking

i recently got my wireless networking working. But when i restart the computer or disconnect from wireless. i need to run  sudo wpa_supplicant -Dwext -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -B and

sudo dhcpcd wlan0  in terminal for the wireless to work again. is there another way to get it to do it automaticly at startup or something?

Use a manager. The wiki covers what you are looking for:
