[SOLVED] Emulate Middle Mouse Button

I haven't had a chance to update my arch install for some time and finally got around to it.  It seems like the method for configuring devices in x11 has changed a few times and this time I was excited to be able to do an rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf and restart X with everything working!

Anyway, I'd like to get middle button emulation going (where left+right click => middle-click) with minimal messing around with the default settings.  Any tips?  Is there a way to create a rule that will detect my mouse and just modify that one setting?
