I am just wondering what (linux) distribution do you use on the production webserver(s). Could be your own or at work.
Also what you use: apache, nginx, or something else?
/LATER Would be nice to see what database do you prefer: MySQL, PostgreSQL or other?

Arch, Debian, CentOS... depends on what I am doing.

Most of the time, I would use just OpenBSD with Apache. Not a Linux distribution, but hey, it's worth noting.

I use CentOS and Archserver on my servers. FreeBSD too. The choice of webserver depends on what I'm doing, nginx often gets to server media while apache is usually the choice for other things.

CentOS mostly, though I'll consider Debian depending on particulars. Arch gets too many updates for my mileage as far as servers are concerned.
Web servers: Apache, lighttpd on occasion
DB: just MySQL (only really need a DB for a LAMP stack)

If you are going to try CentOS I would wait a week or so. RHEL 6 just came out, so CentOS should be recompiling all the sources and and releasing beta of CentOS 6.
