Share Wireless Over Ethernet

I'm a newbie to Arch, fresh from Ubuntu and trying to get a hold on things.

My problem is that I have built a server that does not have a wireless card (so only ethernet), and I can't attach it to a router.  I was wondering if there was a way to share my laptop's wireless connection over ethernet to the server?

The server is running Ubuntu Server still, just in case that matters.

Thanks!

Why do you want your server to have a wireless connection? So that it can get online?
