date and hwclock different [SOLVED]

Hi i have one problem, with date.

[marjonis@doube ~]$ hwclock --show
Thu 23 Dec 2010 04:26:03 PM EET  -0.172165 seconds

[marjonis@doube ~]$ date
Wed Dec 22 16:26:18 EET 2010

Also read about Time Skew in the link provided by loafer. sometimes doing only that is enough if you don't want to use ntpd.
