Samba's Failure is Testparm's Success

I recently, as in earlier today, installed Samba through pacman and testparm says everything is just dandy. Port 139 shows up on the network, but no computer - either Windows or Linux - will connect to the server. smbclient -L reveals the error "Connection to POSEIDON failed (Error NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL)."
